When the hot summer weather is beating down on you, and you need to cool off, BEAT THE HEAT with these fantastic new Colonial Cocktails Summer Bliss Shake/strain on ice and add a cherry Scarlet Bliss Combine ingredients with ice in a shaker. Shake vigorously, strain, and serve up in a Manhattan glass. Garnish with lemon zest. Daisy Sangria This is a "punch styleā€¯ recipe. Combine Claret, triple sec brandy, and lime juice in a large punch bowl. Slice whole lemon and float wheels on top. Serve equal parts sangria and club soda on ice. Mint Julep Muddle mint at the bottom of rocks glass (leaves from one medium-sized sprig.) Add ice, bourbon, bitters, simple syrup and top off with soda water. Garnish with mint leaf.
