TO CALCULATING DRINKS


The industry standard is 1.5 drinks per hour to calculate the average number of drinks you need.

If you have 100 guests for a four hour function, your formula will look like this:

100 x 4 x 1.5 =
600 drinks needed

WINE
Serving Size: 5 ounces
750 ml = 5 servings
1.5 Liter = 10 servings

CHAMPAGNE
Service Size: 3 ounces
750 ml = 8 servings

SPIRITS
Service Size: 1 ounce
750 ml = 25 servings
Liter = 33 servings
1.75 Liter = 59 servings

BEER
Service Size: 12 ounces*
750 ml = 5 servings
1/2 Barrel Keg = 120 servings
1/4 Barrel Keg = 60 servings*

Summer Bliss  
Shake/strain on ice and add a cherry
 
 
 
Scarlet Bliss 
 Combine ingredients with ice in a shaker.  Shake vigorously, strain,
and serve up in a Manhattan glass.  Garnish with lemon zest.
 
 
 
 
 Daisy Sangria 
This is a "punch styleā€¯ recipe.  Combine Claret, triple sec brandy, and lime
juice in a large punch bowl.  Slice whole lemon and float wheels on top. 
Serve equal parts sangria and club soda on ice.
 
 

Mint Julep 
 
Muddle mint at the bottom of rocks glass (leaves from one medium-sized
sprig.)  Add ice, bourbon, bitters, simple syrup and top off with soda
water.  Garnish with mint leaf.
