The industry standard is 1.5 drinks per hour to calculate the average number of drinks you need.
If you have 100 guests for a four hour function, your formula will look like this:
100 x 4 x 1.5 = 600 drinks needed

CHAMPAGNE Service Size: 3 ounces 750 ml = 8 servings
SPIRITS Service Size: 1 ounce 750 ml = 25 servings Liter = 33 servings 1.75 Liter = 59 servings
BEER Service Size: 12 ounces* 750 ml = 5 servings 1/2 Barrel Keg = 120 servings 1/4 Barrel Keg = 60 servings*
